BIOGRAPHY

With more than 10 years of experience ranging from basic research to product development in wind energy and aerodynamics, Samuel’s is highly passionate about applying technology to differentiate products.

Samuel currently leads a team responsible for developing, validating and implementing new wind and wake models at GE Renewable Energy, Onshore Wind, within the Advanced Technology and Science organization. Prior to this role, Samuel was working as a research engineer in the GE Research Center.

Before joining GE, Samuel was the head of product and technology for nacelle mounted lidar systems and applications at Leosphere, now part of the Vaisala group. Samuel holds a PhD from Ecole Polytechnique and conducted turbulent flow measurement and modeling research at ONERA, the French aerospace Lab.
