BIOGRAPHY

J.M. is a Professor in Mechanical Engineering at KU Leuven since 2009. His research focusses on turbulence in wind farms, simulations of wind farms and the atmospheric boundary layer, and wind-farm control.

JM also serves as an associate editor of Wind Energy Science, and he is currently the president of the European Academy of Wind Energy.
